I was very pleased with the customer service - the front desk receptionist - (I was there May 6 arrival for one night) She was very attentive and as I had just come from the hospital and was most appreciative of her concern etc.
The room was well appointed and clean.
I know in part it's the Covid policies and restrictions ... however the breakfast selection could be improved - I know this is temporary and in the future we will be back to normal.

The breakfast had a stellar spread, from fluffy pancakes to hearty options-perfect fuel for exploring local gems like Ruby K's Bagel Cafe just a hop away. Plus, the location was a dream, just a short stroll to fantastic eateries like Blue Window Bistro.
The refrigerator lacked an ice box, a bummer for my ice packs in the summer heat. There was a noisy gap under the door-definitely not ideal for light sleepers.

It was quite comfortable time in Los Alamos. Everything was excellent, the hotel was convenient. The location was comfy and marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from an engaging museum.

I had an a nice size room with comfy bed and a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing desk. Location: the hotel was near to Bandelier National Monument and the local museums, galleries in Los Alamos, and Los Alamos.
